For several years I had degenerating disks (2) and a bulge, then Jan. 2001 a pinched nerve. I was sent to a neurosurgeon, but I wanted to try other treatments before I gave in to surgery. I sought out chiropractic care and was refered by my chiropractor to one who does a special technique or treatment. It is called Grostic. After two weeks my pain was less. After ten weeks there was no sign of a pinched nerve. Thirteen months later I'm fine. I don't know if this would help with your problem, but It might be worth checking out. It is not as drastic a move as surgery. You must have a well qualified chiropractor, as the Grostic method of treatment requires special x-ray equiptment as well as special equiptment for treatment.
