There is no way to tell for sure what is wrong without seeing a doctor. They will have you drink and watch it as it goes down your throat into your stomach and see if it is going somewhere that it shouldn't. Do you get strangled? Do you have pneumonia often? The best thing to do is go to a doctor and find out what you have.
