Gina, sorry to hear that you have had to go back on the meds. It is hard not to use your arms to recoup, especially with 2 kids. The thoracic surgeon said I had "cervical abnormalities" after looking at my xrays and MRI's and his secretary told me that seeing a neurologist was standard procedure for him. Apparently my case isn't typical TOS. I have now had to double my vioxx meds and still have pain. Do you regret having the surgery at all since the recovery time is long and still painful? I am at a loss as to what to do.
