Hi, I know this weather is hurting you as well as me. I go back to the doctor on the 12th of this month ,hopefully he will have some good news for me.....As for the shots that would probably be your next step....When are you going back? If he say's trigger point injections...thats one type and the other would be epidurals...did you have the doppler test done? My vascular surgen did that one ...What happens is after awhile the muscle gets so hard that it done soften up.....they took out the scalence muscle in my neck and along my buldging disks...The question I have now is could they be herniated? So, hopefully he will change my meds...or send me back to pain management.....Take care and talk to you soon.
