I find that a reputable chiropractor can do wonders with fibromyalgia, especially with the shoulder problem and scoliosis. A drug called neurontin is helpful for the pain and is fairly new for treating this. A cough expectorant called Guafinasin is being used by some with good results also. Good luck.
