I used to have fluid in my ears all the time after sleeping. I dont seem to have daytime allergies and have never been tested but my dr. did put me on Alegra and Nasacort just at night and it has worked great. My ears are itchy in the morning but no longer plug up and end up infected. I also added an extra pillow and that helped.
