The pain you are describing sounds a lot like a pain I had last year. My pain was caused by adhessions from when I had my tubal ligation. My fallopian tube was actually attached to my intestine by the scar tissue. This was not able to be seen by ultrasound or a doctor exam, only by laparoscopy. The doctor was then able to laser the adhessions and I no longer have that pain.
