I also have had severe intermittent lower left abdominal pain. The dr. ruled out any uterine causes and suggested perhaps it is caused by a kidney problem. The intensity has gone away, so I have been ignoring it . When I stretch or wait too long to go to the bathroom, the pain (although not intense) is there.
