I was wondering if it is lymph build up. Some times after the condition you were diagnosed with lmph has been known to build up. There is lmphadema massage that can be done and taught to you. You would be able to see immediate results if it is lymph. I was wondering if it is Painful and if you may have nerve condition called RSD. You may want to run this by your doctor. I do not have any other suggestions. I hope this helps.
