I have for the past 5-6 years had these bump patches that produce whiteheads on my arms,legs, buttocks, groin area and the back of my legs and the back of my arms. the condition has lasted since early teens on my buttocks. I was wondering what it was and if there is anything I could possibly do to clear this. I also have suffered from ingrown hairs on my face and neck that come and go. I have tried to use an exfoliant pad to lightly scrub the areas but the symptoms have spread to those areas especially on the back of my arms. Help!
