Hi i have ibs also, and i use to have major pains like yourself. Mine were from food, beverages, medications, and stress. i think mine play apart from my endometriosis. when my cycle comes i go through all these different symptoms. someimes doctors misdiagnose patients with ibs and you may be having problems from endometrios. my stomach has been doing fairly well for the past 2-3 mos. drink plenty of water, eat fruits, try to stay away from gassy foods, greasy foods, diary products, sodas or anything with caffeine or acid. these things triggers the receptors in your stomach muscles, where someone who doesn't have a sensitive stomach can eat these things, but by us having sensitive stomachs we have to watch what we eat, especially acids foods. doctors say eat a high fiber diet, but alot of the high fiber diets are gassy foods. so i just eat a lot of noodles with fresh or frozen vegetables, drink plenty of water and illiminate my stress. i hope i have helped you. email me back and let me know how you began to feel. keep in touch, if you have anymore questions just email me at thank you
