I have cronic sinus problems too, not sure if they are as bad as yours. When the allergies are high so is my sinus problems. If the medications aren't helping I would suggest that you see a specialist and find out if the surgery's would help you. I read and saw some stuff on tv about the sinus canal. You might want to give that a shot.
