I am 24 and have had chronic sinus problems for years. I had the sinus surgery 2 years ago. I was also put on Zertec allergy medication. I still suffer with problems but not nearly as bad. I would suggest being tested for allergies. The sinus surgery is VERY painful and often does not work. Saline solution and using a bulb syringe to flush out the nose is also helpful. I know the way you feel. I get the really horrible headaches and pressure and throbbing behind the eyes. It is no fun. Good Luck, Erin
