I KNOW SEVERAL PEOPLE THIS HAS HELPED: BUY A BOX OF PECTIN THE KIND USED FOR MAKING JELLY. PUT 1 TSP. IN A LITTLE WATER OR JUICE. DRINK IT ABOUT 2HRS. BEFORE GOING TO BED. IT WORKED THE FIRST TIME FOR ME. I HAVE HAD RLS SO BAD THAT I HAVE SAT IN TEARS AT 2:00 IN THE MORNING. DO NOT TAKE THE OTHER DRUGS SUGGESTED UNLESS YOU READ THE SIDE EFFECTS FIRST. THE LANDED MY MOTHER IN THE HOSPITAL WITH LIVER PROBLEMS. SO BE CAREFUL EVEN IF THE DOCTOR WANTS YOU TO TRY THEM. CHECK IT OUT FIRST.
