I go to the doctor next Thursday. The dr. took x-rays even though he said i have bursitis. I have had it for 3 1/2 months. i have been doing the suggested exercises. i have a little more movement but i am in constant pain. the bursitis is not only in my shoulder but also in my arm. it is very frustrating for me. i am in a 12 step program and not allowed to take strong medication. that is also very frustrating to me. i clean homes for a living. needless to say, i have not been working much. that is not a good thing. I am older than you are. I am 44. But until i developed this bursitis i was a very young 44. now i am feeling older each day. Has anyone suggested cortizone shots. That is another possibility i guess!!! Good luck. please let me know if you find out any other information that may help me. i appreciate it. maryl
