You may not have burstis. I have bilateral shoulder pain as well and am getting physical therapy for "Impingemen Syndrme" where the tendon in he shoulder is pinched between the arm bone and the shoulder socket. If physical therapy doesnt work the next step is surgery to cut off some of the shoulder bone to make more room for the tendon. Ask your doctor if you might have Impingement Syndrome rather than an infecion or bursti. Hope this helps. Shoulder pain sucks
