Hi, I also had cysts on my ovaries, my cycle was almost nil, and I was also having low back pain very bad. I had a vaginal ultrasound that showed thickening of the uterine lining and a cyst that was growing like wildfire. It started out around 5 cm and by surgery time (a little over a month later) it was 11cm. So don't fool around, get someone to listen to you. The big thing with me, was that they were worried about the "thickening of the uterine lining". They were afraid of the Cancer possibility, and plus my ovary wasn't getting any smaller and my back pain any less!!
