I suffer from the same symtoms. My doctor suggested I have a sonogram done. Results were that my ovaries look like a pizza w/peparoni, due to the cysts I have. He prescribed birth control pills to dissolve the cysts. If that does not work, then they would have to remove by surgery. I also have alot of lower back pain an bloating starting as early as 1 week prior to my menstral cycle. The birth control pills side effect are that they make me feel sick all the time, I retain liquids therefore I'm bloated all the time and they cause depression. I don't know whats better. I am seeing another doctor this month for further advise.
