Kathy Cassity
If your father was just diagnosed and the disease has not metastisized then he should ask about a whipple procedure and chemo and radiation. My mother had it 10 years ago and just celebrated her 10 year anniversary of being cancer-free. There is ALWAYS hope. My mothers first doctor told her that there was no hope and to go home and let nature take it's course. Well, we did not listen to him. Please e-mail me at my address and let me know more about how far the disease has spread. And, PLEASE stay hopeful. Kathy Cassity at shrew@charter-internet.com Take care.
