I know what you are dealing with. I have had four sinus surgeries. My ENT doctor became suspisous when the infections continued. Ask you physician to run special blood tests on your immune system, such as, IGA, IGM, IGG (IGG has four subclasses). Sometimes a deficiency of IGG will cause chronic infections of the sinus, lungs or ears. Good luck as the surgeries were very painful and I still have chronic sinusitis.
