A friend of mine just told me about "colloidal silver" (do an internet search) I went to the health food store and got some, diluted it in saline nose spray and sprayed it in my nose (per an artile that I'd read on the internet) and I haven't had any sinus pain or stuffiness since. I don't know if it will help you but it has sure helped me and my hubby. And, my daughter started getting a cold and I gave her some by mouth and had her spray it in her nose. She's gotten much better in a day. I've read quite a bit about it. You might also try "jay's nose drops" (do a search on the internet). My husband has had a certain amount of success with that but I am allergic to it. Jay's also has a link to or sells a "nasal irrigator" attachment for a water pic. My husband and I both have used this with and have had a great deal of relief. Ok, so it sounds like I've tried a lot of things and I'm still searchin for sinus relief. I'm praying that the "colloidal silver" is the answer. I've given you a couple of ideas. Good luck.
