I just posted the message under Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. My husband has just been diagnosed with this. We are under the impression that if you have Secondary Pulmonary Hypertension that it is secondary to another condition and treating the other condition will relieve the pressure. Such things as a blood clot, Lupus, Rheumatoid factors etc.. My husbands doctors cannot find a cause for his high pressure so they are diagnosing him with Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. We have been reffered to the Kirkland Clinic in Birmingham Alabama. I will let you know any information that we find out and I would appreciate it if you would do the same. This does seem somewhat rare and there is very little imformation available. Good Luck!
