vag itching

Yes I have suffered with this as well for about 10 years. I'll list somethings that may help. If you haven't gone to a allergy specialist you should. It could be something your eating that you are allergic to that is making you itch. Try taking Benedryl along with eliminating foods one at a time. Some women produce more yeast cells than others. Get a product called Yeast Fighters from any nutrition center and take it twice a day for a couple months. The bottle says once a day but it is safe to take it twice. Stress is another big factor that could be causing you to itch. Usually people itch on the arms, legs or the face when under stress. Your body may have decided it was the gentital area to be iritated. This I found was my problem. Another thought is if you have had babies then it could be scar tissue that is irritated. You can have that lazored and new tissure will regrow. I've heard that is painful but it has been successful. If it is yeast that is making you itch and you are using any kind of cortizone cream you need to stop because that's about the same as tossing gas on a fire. I don't know if any of this will help but good luck. CS
