You sound like me 20 years ago.I had the same problem and same options.I went with the removal of my uterus and had no furture problems and didn't have to continue worrying about getting pap tests every 6 months to be sure it didn't change.Also, On examination of my cervix after surgery,it was found to be malignent invasive cells so would have had more extensive problem had i waited.
