I had some of the same symptoms and mine turned out to be rectal cancer near the opening of the anus. Adenocarcinoma. You should have a sigmoid and finger exam...I had a colonoscopy and they missed it a year earlier. They missed it because it was too near the opening. They could not get the tumor out but I have had chemo and radiation and brachytherapy. Radiation has caused severe burns in the anal region.
