sounds so familiar; somebody totalled my van on July 21, 2000; and my neck and back have never been the same; had and MRI where I have bulging disk and herniated; it sucks as I don't have time for physical therapy ; 5 children ages 2-8 and a husband who is very busy doing his job and coaching football; how does one relieve themselves from this pain
