Hello Dymon, I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Embolism caused from knee surgery. It took 4 trips to the Emergency room for them to get the right diagnosis. I spent 5 days in the hospital and one day in Intensive care where they had to do an emergency angiogram to pinppoint where the blood clots where. They did start from my legs they also found one in my pelvic area. to keep the more blood clots from going to my lungs they inserted a Greenfield Cava filter in me to prevent this. I will be on Commudin for three months. I've been released from the hospital for a month now and i too still have some of the symtoms you describe. dizzenes or light headed some minor discomfort in the back and anxiety which i think is causing these symptoms to amplify. I did go to my doctor and he gave me some anti-anxiety medication which seems to be helping. I to have been told by three doctors that it takes some time to recover from PE.
