I know my reply comes late..but I just saw your post...my PE was in April and it took me along time to get back to work....the cxlots could have been in your pelvis....also some clots are missed on the doppler,,,,some patients are treated with a "clot buster" at the time of diagnosis...mine was so massive that is what they did with mine...but there can be risks associated with this....ie bleeding etc,,,,I hope you are on the mend and please write if i can be of further help
