Make sure when you put on the lice shampoo that you put it on dry hair. Lice has a resp. system that will shut down if you wash your hair and then put it on. Also use the egg remover kit. Do it every night for 1 month. It takes about an hour each night to comb through you childs hair. have him read a book. Use a flash light in the dark the nits will show up better on the shaft on the hair. Wash bedding every night for 2 weeks . Good luck
