I have Fibromyalgia and do not have many of the symptoms that you talk about - I have weakness in my arms and legs but not dizziness (although I know some people describe bouts of dizziness), I don't have visual problems except for when I am extremely overtired nor do I have hot spots bladder problem. I do have twitching in my legs and jerking in limbs (mostly legs) which has been diagnosed as restless leg since it occurs at night. Fibromyalgia, as far as I know, is more overall pain and trigger point sensitivity, chronic muscle fatigue and exhaustion. Many of the symptoms are unrefreshed sleep (wake up feeling like one hasn't slept); IBS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (alternating constipation and dirrehea), chronic headaches, numbness especially in extremedies; TMJ symptoms, and cognitive/memory problems (Fibro Fog). Has your doctor checked for trigger points? Check the book Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofacial Pain Syndrome by Devin Starlanyl and/or her website and you can find alot to describe Fibromyalgia to see what is causing your symptoms. Feel free to email me at annie8908@aol.com if you want to ask anything more. Take care.
