I was only recently diagnosed with Sero-negative spondarthritis. I also have sinus problems for several years. Previously, I was on a course of antibiotics and I too noticed that they seemed to be having a beeficial effect on my problem. I also will be following this up since from what I understand, bacteria play a role in this disease. If that is the case then I don't see why antibiotics should not be tried? Would appreciate it if you could keep me informed of any information that you get. Thanks Francis
