4 months ago my left and right leg began to hurt me fiercely, most of the stiffness that i have experienced has been in my foot. I did notice some swelling at times, but not all the time. My doctor suggested last week that I may have RSD when I complained about the stiffness and tingling and numbness, but what I have read on the internet doesn't always fit.. The pain and stiffness has eased up since the Dr. took me out of Physical Therapy. I do still experience the tingling, and my heels hurt, but I wonder if I really have it now. I had an epidural spinal for the swollen nerve in my back, had that done last Friday with another one scheduled on the 25th and then I guess he will want to start doing nerve blocks. My main problem now is my eyes are so dry, can RSD cause this? Also, I have this feeling of always being on the verge of a major leg cramp, the kind you get in the calf, but it is like always on the verge of it. I feel as though my muscle in the calf is wasting away, like it just isn't there anymore, but as far as pain, this is always in my back now, not in my legs.. Makes me question my Dr.'s diagnosis.. Is there any way that I could have RSD, without the leg pain? Is there anyone out there who can answer my questions.. Please respond Thank you, Marilyn
