i also have some mental confusion,but attribute this to benadryl aand steroid.i just had a very bad reaction to latex where i work,my tongue swelled,had some trouble breathing.the ed gave me steroids and benadryl iv and wanted to admit me but i didnt want to stay,so went home with epi-pen and meds. this is 4 days later and i still have periods of not being able to breathe very well,like all of a sudden i have asthma.this is all new to me,i have to go see an allergist to verify that it actually is latex.
