I have both of my puncta permanently closed in each eye, but still have problems with dry eyes. I have been using lacriserts in my eyes for about 6 months now and they work great for me. I put a new one in each morning and take it out at night before I go to bed. I recently tried to pick up a perscription for lacriserts and were told that they are on manufacture back-order. Has anyone else heard this?
