I had the same problem and I tried the pain center and I went with much complaining because I did not think they would help at all. But Dr. Pippin was wonderfull and suggested these shots which he did in my hip and 5 pressure points in my lower back. So far so good. NO PAIN!!! I do take a 12 pain release pain pill but per the Dr. I should be off them in a couple of monthe. The moral of the story her. Try the pain center in your area. Worth a try and most insrance covers them. God speed.
