I SUFFER WITH THAT PAIN SINCE I WAS 33 years old and never found the reason in my case both hips ,legs and knees get painful and the MRI are negative , but the xray show some spondilitys but doctors do not put attention to me but like you te only relief is accupunture is temporary but I do not have choice one thing I suspect contribute to my condition is the oveuse sydrome I use to work with a foot pedal standing up all day and hit inthe foot pedal 10000 times a day and I was sitwching my right foot to my left in order to keep it up and both knees get swollen ,doctors toldme that I was getting old AND i HAVE TO RECOGNIZED THAT ,but it does not make sense for me in the mean time I will continue with the terapy and I hope they will be helping you .
