I too get kidney stones..and from what you have described, I would say that you have passed a stone. As for the pain that is still with you...you might have an infection. You really should get to a walk in clinic and have it checked out.I have not seen a stone as what you described..but there are several different type of stones. I would be concerned with the blood in the stools, because that would not have anything to do with the urine. Blood in urine is common after stone passing because of the stone passing through the ureters. My advice to you is to seek help and get checked for a bladder or kidney infection.
