Brenda, I'm sorry I haven't checked this forum in months. Are you still around? My son's drowning was not related to a long QT syndrome. He was playing with a rope over a creek and fell in. The water was very cold, which provided some cerebral protection. He is now back in school, and still getting better every day. Monday March 5 will be one year. He still has problems, gets confused easily, memory problems, lots of cognitive problems. How is your child? Doing well I hope. Jacob has been released from outpatient speech, though still getting OT and speech through school. I hope you get this message. I'm sorry it took me so long to reply. Kim
