When you have a dibilitating decease (I have chronic lymes and chronic fatigue and Iga deficiency), depression goes along with it. I saw a physcologist and also had some therapy for it. I had to learn how to live a whole new way. It is important to learn your limitations and to put limitations on yourself when you have good days so you do not do too much because that will knock you out for a few days. It is important to educate family and friends about your illness so they know what you can and cannot do. In therapy I was able to tell the therapist exactly how I felt physically and emotionally. The psychiatrist put me on meds for manic depression. Also for me, prayer helps. I pray for guidance and acceptance. Good luck and God bless.
