Are you getting enough magnesium in your diet? If you are getting a lot of calcium and not enough magnesium, that could be the problem. Try a magnesium supplement. The calcium/magnesium ratio should be about 2:1. (Like 1000 mg. calcium, 500 mg. magnesium, for example.)
