After years of going to my dr and being prescribed provera, I know have a answer to my question, "What is wrong with me?" After spending several hours at the dr's office and several tests she has informed me that my body makes too much testosterone, the male hormone. She checked everything from my thyroid to PCOS and endometryosis. (I think I spelled it correctly, if not please forgive me.) Basically my female organs were saying were female and my hormones was telling my body that we are male. Can you believe that. She put me on hormone pills that I have to take for the rest of my life, but if it is going to make me have a period than I am up for it. The prescription she put me on is called "Prometrium". I take it for 10 days a month. It helps restore estrogen into my blood system and will make my period regular. She says that it might take a few months of taking this medication before I ovulate, but I will have my period starting this month. So I would like to thank everyone for their prayers and concerns. Sorry it took so long for me to get back with you guys but I haven't been home much in the past few days with work and college. God bless each and everyone of you.
