yeah I wouldn't think it would be the shot. You named all the sames things I have been having execpt for the muslce pain. I went through all the blood tests.Came back normal. I have had some numbness in my feet as well just had an EEG. Everytings fine. My doctor thinks it met be depression. So I'll see have the signs. pains in my back with no reason as well. Lost weight. hope you find something out soon good luck.
