I also have fms,cfs and bladder problems along with pelvic pain.I have most of the problems under control with a wonderful drs. help.Being tired is something you have to learn to live with.It is true you have to chance your lifestyle.When you are tired try to rest for a few minutes.I know this sounds like a broken record and I babysit my 15 month old grandson and it is not always easy.My meds.are celexa for depression and aricept for short term memory loss.I have tried all the vitamins and I think they made me more tired.I don't think there is much else you can do for the tiredness.I was on most of the sleeping pills and they caused me nightmares and I had to stop.My sleep is getting better so I am feeling better for a couple of hrs. in the morning.My day usually stops around 3:oo in the afternoon.I think the most important thing to remember is, this is the way it is going to be for the rest of your life.Some good days but mostly days when you feel like you have the flu.I have had it for a couple of yrs.and I thought I could beat this thing.But I can't so I have done the next best thing and stop when you feel tired.It doesn't make it go away but it does help for a little while.Do you trouble sleeping?If you need the med.for that please e-mail me at nikki@shol.com.My dr.put me on med.that you take for 14 days and then go off of them for 14 days.It was the first I was able to sleep for a full nite.It teaches your brain how to fall asleep again and I didn't have to repeat the process.I know I didn't help but I just wanted to let you know you are not alone.I can't believe how much my life has changed.MY husband has a garage so I am parts runner,bookkeeper and whatever else there is to do,but I have learned to rest and if nobody likes it then so be it.It is a hard disease to explain to anybody and I am lucky that my husband understands.Please write to me and let me know how you are doing. sincerely,Diane
