I too have fibromyalgia and the fatiuge alone is enough to drive you mad, I get so tired and I don't have to do anything but wake up, if you try and get a good nights sleep, I mean good deep REM, it seems to allow those tiny tears we get in our muscles from just everyday things, they need at least 6,7,or even 8 hrs to repair themselves. I find that if I can get a couple of good nights sleep, it helps, but unfortuntly nothing is out there to really help us. I have to take something to help me sleep and there are even times when even that doesn't work to shut my brain down so I can go to sleep. Finding some good meds or should I say the right meds for you can help , but I can only speak from my own experience. I wish you all the luck.
