My daughter is now 6, and has been treated for prec. puberty since she was four..at the age of 4 her bone age was 6. and with the Lupron injections her bone age has not changed. However, she still appears to be growing and is very tall for her age. we stopped this in time before she started her cycle but that doesn't mean she hasn't had some setbacks...mood swings, sensitivity are just a few. she has been wearing a "sports bra" for over 1 1/2 years .. i have a difficult time buying age appropriate cloths for her and just recently her height and weight went up again.. I would love to talk with other parent's and hopefully receive any helpful ideas or opinions. we are changing specialists this month for i was not happy with her current doctor.I feel like she lost part of her childhood because she grew too fast..and the little things like carrying her or kiddy rides have been passed up and she is always looked at as being older...
