I know how you feel I'm in the same boat. I take my med . everyday win I don't forget it helps most of the time every so often i have an attack i always pray that it dosent happen while im working , but if i start to notice that i'm having an attack i put half of my anti-vert pill under my tonge and let it dislove thin i take and swollowe it with some water , i have also cut out the caffiene except for acasional choloich which i cant break the habit of , i also have cut down on my salt intake , nor do i use tabacco all of these thing seem to help that i dont have as many attacks as before, Ive had this for 5 years now an have had it purty much under control for 21/2 years now I see my ear doctor only win I had server attacks.I take clorazepate which is my anti-vert and Triamterene/hctz which is a diretuicto help keep the fluids from building up in my ear. good luck with your ear problem it is said thatit never go away on it own.
