I have had Meniere's Disease for 26 years but jiggling my finger in my ear never stopped the dizziness. My dizzy spells occurred when I was first diagnosed for about 2 years. Then they stopped for 13 years. Then they reappeared for 2 years. they have not reappeared since and I hope they never do. Maybe yours will disappear. I've read that sometimes Menieres burns itself out. Of course you will have hearing loss. That cannot be avoided to my knowledge. If you have any questions, I will help you if I can.
