Holly, I can relate to your stress levels. Every time we visit the pediatricial for a check up and new meds., I ask if there is something for Mom too. We talked about stress and depression. I was told that just a night away from home once a week would help. In fact, I started working part time to get out of the house and talk to real people. The time away while my children are at school makes a big difference in my outlook.
