I am the mother of a 17 year old son who was born with a under developed cerebellum.Tim has delayed motor and speech function and is added by a wheelchair and walker.When our son was correctly diagnosed by the neurologist he stated he had never come across this condition before, leaving us devastated and with many unanswered questions.Tim is currently enrolled in a wonderful Special Ed program in High School and doing quite well. Since there is no known syndrome for my son's condition,his future is wide open. We are looking for anyone who knows someone or has a loved one with condition such as his. Anyone who has a child with a disability knows the frustration it can bring but also knows the overwhelming love and joy they can bring to your life.
