My cousin and his wife just had their 2nd baby. The first baby died at the age of 5 with many complications including an underdeveloped cerebellum. They just had their 2nd baby and again have been told that he has an underdeveloped cerebellum. The Doctors told them it was due to genetics although they were tested before conceiving their 2nd child and everything was fine. I know I am not helping you with the information you need, but if you can let me know what questions need to be asked and what is in front of them I would greatly appreciate it.
